Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin thanked the residents of Crimea and Sevastopol for the forbearance and patience they have demonstrated during the power outage in these regions.
"I want to thank all of Crimean and Sevastopol residents for the amazing features of our national character – the patience, forbearance, consolidation which they show, and realize what happened and see the actions of the president and his team in this difficult dramatic situation," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
