Today in Rome a rally was held in support of the Russian military operations in Syria. The event was attended by about 100 people, including those from the Syrian community, the Association of the Russian-Italian and European youth front ‘For Syria'.
According to RIA Novosti, the activists gathered near the Russian embassy and began to rally under the slogan ‘Together against terrorism and Turkish aggression.’ One of the participants of the event, a representative of the organization ‘Losbarliya-Russia’, Luca Bertoni, said that the main purpose of the meeting was to support Russia's position and President Vladimir Putin.
