Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom's BRICS partners have initiatives for the construction of large and small nuclear power plants (NPPs), CEO of Rosatom Alexey Likhachev said.
A number of agreements on nuclear energy cooperation between Russia and India have been finalised and are ready for signing, he noted.
"We have a number of documents with India that are fully finalised and ready for signing," Likhachev said.
This includes fourth-generation fast-neutron reactors, he added.
"We have new concrete initiatives on the table with almost all partner countries, the BRICS member countries, to increase the number of high-capacity units under construction, to include low-capacity units and research reactors on the agenda," Likhachev said.
