The Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev has arrived in Baku this morning to attend the closing ceremony of the First European Games, which is going to be held in the evening.
The head of Bulgaria was met by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and other officials at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, AzerTaj reports.
