Governor of Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov has signed a cooperation agreement with Rosneft. The document signed at SPIEF-2015 stipulates development of the investment climate in the region, realization of highly-efficient projects for protection of the environment, rational use of natural resources, development of industrial, financial and social programs, Yuga.ru reports.
