Rostekhnadzor to establish the cause of the disconnection from the power supply of more than one million people in Bashkortostan and the Chelyabinsk region, the press service of the Bashkir Distribution Company (Bascom), which includes ‘Bashkirenergo’ reports.
"Rostekhnadzor established an interdepartmental commission to find out the causes of the incident", TASS reports.
