A delegation from the Armenian Ministry of Defense and an expert group are participating in the 11th regular meeting of the the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for military and technical cooperation.
The event is being held in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, NEWS.am reports.
The Armenian delegation is led by the Deputy Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, who also heads the ministry's Logistical Support Department.
