Iran's private sector is capable of neutralizing US sanctions weapon and creating opportunities, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said.
"Of course, we must take advantage of the opportunities and if we act well, we can utilize these conditions today to the benefit of our country," IRNA cited Rouhani as saying.
The President added that the country needs an 8% economic growth and significant investments.
Rouhani also said that last year the government created around 800,000 net jobs.
"We must use each other’s experiences and help each other and if the private sector becomes active and vibrant, the US will lose its weapon," he stressed.
Rouhani added that the private sector should step towards an export-oriented national economy.
