Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the upcoming parliamentary elections on February 26th will be transparent, democratic and held in compliance with laws.
He added that all individuals who are keen on serving the country, should be allowed to run for parliament, Trend reports.
The previous elections were held in March 2012.
