The dollar exchange rate declined by 15.5 kopecks from Tuesday’s close, trading at 81.46 rubles on the Moscow Exchange as the trade opened on Wednesday.
The euro declined by 14.5 kopecks, to 89.36 rubles.
In turn, the yuan rate grew by 1.3 kopecks, to 11.77 rubles.
