Russia, Kazakhstan consider mutual recognition of vaccination passports

The Ministry of Health of Russia and Kazakhstan are working on the issue of mutual recognition of COVID-19 vaccination passports, the press service of the COVID-19 Interdepartmental Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports.

According to the commission, the departments of the states "have agreed on an algorithm for the mutual recognition of vaccination passports."

"Currently, information systems are being integrated in terms of exchanging information about those vaccinated and recovered from COVID-19. There are no fundamental disagreements on this issue between the parties," the statement reads.
