 Russia among top 10 in UN Cybersecurity Survey

Russia is ranked a high 10th out of 165 nations in a global index that measures the commitment of nations across the world to cybersecurity.

Following Singapore were the United States, Malaysia, Oman, Estonia, Mauritius, Australia, Georgia, France and Canada. 

According to Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI), only 38% countries have a published cybersecurity strategy and only 11% have a dedicated standalone strategy (Figure 5.1.1, left); another 12% have a cybersecurity strategy under development.
