Russia and Azerbaijan have signed a memorandum, according to which the two countries will produce tactical missiles.
It was signed during the defense exhibition ADEX 2016, held in Baku today .
In the framework of this memorandum, the two sides will produce the latest generation of "air-air" and "air-land" missiles.
