Minister of Energy and co-chair of the Intergovernmental Russian-Iranian commission Alexander Novak has said that the intensity of air traffic between the two countries will be almost doubled.
It is planned to carry out 9 flights instead of 5. The Minister also noted that it is necessary to increase mutual tourist traffic. The intense air traffic will allow Iran to attract 1-2 million Russian tourists, RBC reports.
