Russia and Turkey are normalizing relations, the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexey Meshkov told journalists on the sidelines of the Gaidar Forum.
"We are developing constructive cooperation with Turkey. A striking example is the Syrian settlement, but there is also a movement on the bilateral track and in the economic sphere," Interfax cited the Deputy Foreign Minister as saying.
"Dialogue is under way, and our relations are being gradually normalized. We hope not only to fully restore them but also to move ahead," Meshkov added.
