Russia and Turkey have partly converted payments for deliveries of Russian gas to rubles, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexander Novak told reporters.
"I can definitely comment that we have converted a portion of settlements to rubles," Novak said.
The official did not answer the question whether Turkey requests a gas discount from Russia and said this is the commercial case between buyers and consumers.
