Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov spoke about the results of the meeting between Vladimir Putin and Nikolas Maduro. The press secretary noted that Russia and Venezuela will work together to stimulate the growth of oil prices, as low prices for energy sources do not meet the interests of either country.
However, Peskov said that the Russian president believes that "it is rather difficult, it is the market process. There are many factors – they all need to be very taken into consideration." At the same time, Putin concluded that the Russian and Venezuelan sides are aware of the need for coordination, RIA Novosti reports.
