Russia has approved the second phase of the state migration policy concept, which is to be implemented from 2016 to 2020, the official website of the government said.
"The plan provides the implementation of programs within the guidelines of the state migration policy, compilation and analysis of legal practice, increased use of information technology, including refinement of the program of statistical and analytical works," Gazeta.ru cited the statement.
In addition, the plan includes the preparation of regulations and laws to improve the institutions of a temporary residence permit.
