Russia became the fifth-largest oil supplier to the Asian market, knocking Iran out of the top 5, Reuters reports.
At the end of the first 11 months of this year, Russia has increased deliveries to 1.3 million barrels per day, up 23% compared to the same period in the previous year. Over the past five years Russia has increased its share of the oil market of Asia from 4.7% to 7.4%. The main growth of Russian oil goes to the markets of China and South Korea, Gazeta.ru reports.
