Russia’s Foreign Ministry has condemned the use of nationalist ideas in the electoral battle prior to the European Parliament election in 2019, the ministry said in a statement released on its website on Saturday, TASS reported.
"And an apparent strive to use such artificial ideological constructions to the populist benefit of the ongoing battle for the votes prior to the upcoming European Parliament election in May 2019 seems completely dodgy to us," the statement said.
