Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, the Russian Foreign Ministry's press service reported.
As stated on Smolenskaya Square, the parties discussed issues related to the situation in the South Caucasus. Thus, Lavrov called on the Armenian side to intensify efforts on all tracks of normalizing relations between Baku and Yerevan in accordance with all the agreements of the heads of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
In addition to this, Lavrov and Mirzoyan also touched upon issues of bilateral relations, cooperation on international platforms within the framework of common integration associations.
