Turkey has not received any request from the Russian Federation for issuance of a permit to fly over Turkey's territory with Russian humanitarian aid to Syria, a Turkish Foreign Ministry representative stated.
"We have not received any request from the Russian Federation for the use of Turkish airspace for flight to Syria " gazeta.ru quoted him as saying.
