The deputy head of the Ministry of Energy Minister Anatoly Yanovsky has said that the ministry gave Turkey a draft of the intergovernmental agreement only on the first line of the Turkish Stream at the initiative of the latter party.
Russian expects the resumption of negotiations on the construction of the pipeline in the near future.
