Russia hit the record gas output of 733 billion cubic metres (bcm) in 2018, the Russian Energy Minister Aleksander Novak said.
The gas output rose by 20 billion bpd (almost 10%) from 691.1 bcm in the last year, the minister told the Rossiya 24 Channel.
Novak said that this year the LNG production increased by 70%.
