Head of the Ministry of Economy, the co-chairman of the Russian-Azerbaijani intergovernmental commission, Shahin Mustafayev met with Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov.
The minister congratulated the diplomat on his appointment as ambassador to Azerbaijan and recalled that the relations between Moscow and Baku are at the level of strategic cooperation. Azerbaijan understands the importance of cooperation with Russia, and a special role in this process belongs to the mutual visits of the heads of state. In addition, Russia is one of the key trade partners of Azerbaijan and is the main exporter of the non-oil products from Azerbaijan.
