The Russian government has prepared proposals on signing of the agreement on exchange of prisoners with Iran, which will be sent to President Vladimir Putin, the official portal of legal information reports.
"Approve the preliminary draft agreement between the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran, worked out together with the Iranian side, on the transfer of persons sentenced to imprisonment. Submit proposal on signing of the agreement to the President of the Russian Federation," gazeta.ru cited the text of the report.
