The Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets has prepared a positive review of the intergovernmental agreement with Uzbekistan on the settlement of mutual financial claims and liabilities and recommend senators adopt this document.
It is expected that the upper chamber of the Russian parliament will consider the document at its plenary meeting on Wednesday.
Earlier, an agreement was approved by the State Duma on Friday, RIA Novosti reports.
