Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the sanctions pressure of a number of European countries or the US cannot ensure the isolation of Russia.
"Of course, there is a rejection of relations, curtailment of economic ties, the introduction of various restrictive measures on the economy by some states - European countries, the United States, Canada, Japan and a number of others. But this does not mean isolation of Russia," the Kremlin spokesman said.
He stressed that the world is too big for Europe and America to isolate any country, especially one as big as Russia.
