The director of the department for non-proliferation and arms control, the Russian Foreign Ministry official Mikhail Ulyanov, has said that Russia has agreed to extend the scope of the initiated convention to combat acts of chemical terrorism that uses biological weapons.
"Indeed it makes sense. Three or four weeks ago Morocco announced that the Moroccan security services prevented an attempted act of biological terrorism and it may take place more frequently,'' Tass cites the director of the department as saying.
