Iran has proposed a total of 121 projects that are collectively worth $25 billion to Moscow, Iranian Minister of Road and Urban Development, Abbas Akhoundi, said following a meeting with the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak in Tehran.
The Iranian minister added that the implementation of those projects will open a new chapter in relations between the two countries, Trend reports.
