Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu signed Russian-Kazakh protocol on termination of agreement that allowed Russia to use Emba training ground in Kazakhstan.
"Russian Defense Minister, army general Sergey Shoigu signed Russian-Kazakh intergovernmental protocol on the termination of the contract that allowed us to use Emba training ground, located on the territory of Kazakhstan," Deputy Defense Minister of Russia Anatoly Antonov informed.
