Russia's annual inflation falls below 7%

The inflation rate in Russia fell from 7.12% to 6.92% last week, compared to the week of November 11-17.

Russia's annual inflation rate is 6.92%, down from 7.12% the previous week, the Russian Ministry of Economic Development reports.

The inflation rate decreased on the week of November 18-24.

The statement was made as part of a review of the current price situation prepared by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.

Food prices changed by 0.16%, the ministry added.
