Russian budget airline "Pobeda" will be able to carry out flights to the capital of Azerbaijan, Rosaviation website reported that the airline received permission for this.

It is reported that "Pobeda" can carry out flights from Rostov-on-Don to Baku four times a week.

Recall that "Pobeda" is the first successful budget airline in Russia, with the lowest ticket price of 999 rubles.
