The Russian budget in April received only 18.5 billion rubles as additional oil revenues, instead of previously projected 64.5 billion, the country's Ministry of Finance said.
The deviation of the actually received oil and gas revenues in April 2017 from the estimated value amounted to 46 billion rubles.
According to the department, the negative deviation is mainly due to the fact that the actual volume of exports of gas and oil products in April was significantly lower than forecast estimates.
The Ministry of Finance named the ruble weakening as another factor, TASS reports.
