Clean oil had reached Russia's border station of Unecha near the Belarusian border by midday on Monday, a spokesman for Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak, Ilya Dzhus, said.
Earlier, Belarusian state oil company said that there was no clean oil from Russia in Belarus, Reuters reported.
