Russia's crude export duty will be increased by $2.2 to $90.5 per ton from December 1, 2019, according to the Russian Finance Ministry's website.
Russia's current crude export duty is $88.3 per tonne.
From October 15 to November 14, the average price of Urals petroleum mix was $61.33 per barrel or $447.7 per tonne, TASS reported.
An export duty on crude oil to be increased from $8.8 to $9. The discounted rate for crude produced at newer fields in eastern Siberia, fields operated by Lukoil in the Caspian Sea and Gazprom Neft's Prirazlomnoye offshore Arctic field remains at zero level.
The duty on light oil products will increase to $27.1 per tonne, on dark oil products - to $90.5 per ton.
The gasoline export duty will rise to $27.1 per tonne, the duty on straight-run gasoline (Naphtha) - to $49.7 per tonne. The export duty on liquefied petroleum gas was also set at zero.
