A Russian aircraft carrying parts of the second S-400 battalion has landed at the Murted Air Base near Ankara, the NTV news channel reported.
This marks the beginning of the second phase of the S-400 delivery. It was earlier announced by Turkish Minister of Defence Hulusi Akar.
The first stage of the delivery process took place in July.
