Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, addressing the Iranian delegation at the 4th Moscow Non-Proliferation Conference, said that Moscow was counting that Tehran does not seek to create nuclear weapons.
“Iran has no nuclear weapons and, we hope, will never acquire one. To prevent this, the international community has created a reliable international legal framework and the necessary verification mechanisms, ”he stressed.
