According to the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, in 2017 the World Festival of Youth and Students will be held in Russia.
The agency also noted that Moscow is hosting an international consultation on the issue of holding this event in 2017.
The Russia application was submitted at the meeting by the head of the agency, Sergey Pospelov, gazeta.ru reports.
