Russia has ratified the protocol of an intergovernmental agreement it signed with Armenia on December 2nd 2013 to lift customs fees for oil, gas and diamonds exported to Armenia. The protocol was signed on December 26th 2014, RIA Novosti reports.
Trading in these commodities will be free of customs duties until December 31st 2015.
