Russia produces as much oil as it is able to produce, but at the moment the situation has already started to improve, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
"As far as price restrictions are concerned, if they impose restrictions on prices, we will simply not supply oil and petroleum products to such companies or states that impose restrictions as we will not work non-competitively," he said.
"We produce exactly as much as we have the ability to produce and sell. We have a small increase, the situation is improving as you can see. If the situation continues to stabilize, and our companies will find (new) markets with confidence, I think that production will also increase," Novak told reporters.
