Russian Cabinet is to take measures in order to increase the responsibility for the production of low-quality products, said Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich after a meeting of the government commission on import substitution.
"Today we discussed the obstacles in implementing the program of import substitution in the agricultural sector, including measures against counterfeit and contraband products. We have agreed that the responsibility will be toughened for false information about components of products,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
