Moscow wants to eliminate factors that hold back trade and industrial cooperation with Turkey, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Georgy Kalamanov said.
"One of the most urgent problems is the high level of antidumping and import customs duties, set by Turkey," he said.
