Igor Artemyev, head of the Federal Anti-monopoly Service of the Russia, said that member-states of the Customs Union (Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus) should lift cellphone roaming charges, Interfax reports.
The official added that prices for associated cellphone services should be at least halved.
