In 2016 the number of different exercises and combat training of the Russian Aerospace Forces will reach 500, the Chief of the Russian VKS, Colonel-General Viktor Bondarev said.
"First of all there is the military training. If in 2015 there were 450 exercises of the VKS, in 2016 their number will be increased to 500. We will also increase the number of joint exercises with the combat training of the Ground Forces, the Airborne Forces, the Navy and the Strategic Missile Forces,’’ Tass quotes him as saying.
