Terrorist groups have been eliminated on the territory where the Russian navigator of the Su-24 was saved. This statement was made by the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov.
"As soon as our pilot was saved we carried out massive strikes from Russian aircraft and rocket artillery of the Syrian government troops on the area for a long time," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
