Russian Central Bank bans recidivist bankrupts

The bankers, who bankrupted their credit organizations repeatedly, are not able to work in the profession, the Russian Central Bank announced that it would no longer employ such persons in top management.

According to Izvestia, the Central Bank will pay special attention to those banks, who will hire recidivist bankrupts without approval. The Central Bank uses these measures in order to prevent "a migration" of incompetent bankers from one organization to another.
