Russian Central Bank may impose new rules for currency exchange

The Central Bank of Russia may change the rules on cash exchanges in the country. 

At the last annual meeting of the Central Bank leadership with Russian bankers, the head of the Legal Department, Alexey Guznov, said that the threshold amount of currency one can exchange without identification documents may be increased to 40 thousand rubles and "to 100 thousand rubles via the simplified procedure of identification," RBC reports.
