The ruble exchange rate should be "pretty stable" at current levels for the rest of the year after temporary factors affecting it in the first half have worn off, Russia’s economy minister Maxim Oreshkin said after a meeting at the French employers’ federation in Paris.
“Those levels we see currently are reasonable,” Reuters cited Oreshkin as saying.
Oreshkin also reiterated that Russia was still looking at the possible sale of a stake in state shipping company Sovcomflot this year.
