Russian Federation regrets that Poroshenko doesn't sign amnesty law

At a meeting of the Presidential Council on Human Rights Russian President Vladimir Putin has made a statement that Russia regrets that President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko hasn’t signed the amnesty law in Ukraine yet.

"It is necessary just to put the President’s signature. But the document is without it now,’’ Gazeta.ru cites Vladimir Putin.
